Rivkin Radler Welcomes Four New Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that  Kate Heptig, Steven Henesy, Marie Landsman, and Anna Mandel have joined the firm.

Kate Heptig, of Rockville Centre, NY has joined the firm’s Corporate practice group as a Partner.  Kate counsels clients in transactional practice areas, including tax law, corporate and partnership matters, executive compensation, and employee benefit issues.

After graduating from Hofstra University, Kate attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor.

Steven Henesy, of Rockville Centre, NY, has joined the firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group as an Associate.  Steve helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payment to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large scale insurance fraud schemes.

After graduating from St. John’s University, Steve attended Hofstra University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.

Marie Landsman, of Bellmore, NY, is Counsel in the Firm’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use practice group.  Marie represents both landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing various types of property, including office, retail, restaurant, café, shopping center, warehouse, television studios and antenna towers.

After graduating from State University of New York at Binghamton, Marie attended New York Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor.

Anna Mandel, of New York, NY, has joined the Firm’s Directors & Officers Liability, Employment & Labor, and Professional Liability practice groups as an Associate.  She concentrates her practice on litigating professional liability disputes.   Anna defends attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, and various professionals in civil litigation.

After graduating from Yale University, Anna attended Boston College Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor cum laude.
