Ken Novikoff and Evan Schieber successfully defended a prominent New York City real estate developer in a $10,000,000 lawsuit after a three week trial in Supreme Court, New York County.  Plaintiff sought to impose a constructive trust over hundreds of acres of waterfront property belonging to our client in Sullivan County.  Plaintiff sued for breach of fiduciary duty, an accounting and damages under a constructive trust theory.  After the close of plaintiff’s case, the Court issued a directed verdict dismissing Plaintiff’s complaint in its entirety.
