In October 2017, David Leno represented Raymour and Flanagan Furniture in connection with its application to construct a Starbucks in its Farmingdale location.

In October 2017, David Leno represented Sirius Insurance in its negotiation for new office locations in San Francisco, CA and Berwyn, PA.

Walter Gumersell, Stephen Weissman, Scott Feuer and John Panagopoulos represented a group of equity investors, originated by Yaron Kornblum, in the acquisition of two properties on York Avenue in New York City.  In consideration of such equity investment, the owner of an adjacent property on 83rd Street executed as Master Purchase Option Agreement and Right of First Refusal which granted the equity investors the right to purchase, alternatively, the fee of or the development rights in the 83rd Street property or a preferred equity position in the owner of the 83rd Street property.
