Korman a Panelist at Appellate Practice CLE

Cheryl Korman will be a panelist at a free CLE program, “Appellate Practice in State and Federal Courts: Practical Considerations and Ethical Concerns.”  The program is presented by New York State-Federal Judicial Council and the Second Circuit Judicial Council. The CLE will be held on April 24, 2018, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The panel will explore the differences in appellate practice between the two courts.

Cheryl will be joined by moderator Ira M. Feinberg, Esq., and panelists Hon. Raymond Lohier, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit; Hon. Alan Scheinkman, Presiding Justice, Appellate Division, Second Department; and Catherine O’Hagan Wolfe, Clerk of the Court, Second Circuit.

The CLE also includes a program on ethical issues.

The program is accredited for 2 CLE credits: 1 hour Professional Practice/ 1 hour Ethics.
