Jeffrey Greener presents a seminar to Herald National Bank
September 11, 2012 |Jeffrey Greener, a Partner in the firm’s Trusts, Estates & Taxation Practice Group will present a seminar entitled, “Anatomy of a Buy-Sell Agreement: A Detailed Look Into Structuring Shareholders Agreements,” to Herald National Bank.
The program will discuss both the necessary and optional clauses used in shareholder agreements and the business and tax ramifications of choosing and using certain drafting language.
