In addition to drafting wills, trusts, health care directives, shareholder, partnership and buy-sell agreements and durable powers of attorney, Greener also counsels clients on a broad range of legal and financial issues, such as Medicaid planning, retirement distributions, real property transfers, probate and estate administration.
