Scott Green has been quoted in the a Long Island Business News article entitled, “Not Taking Leave – Despite growth in paternity benefits, many men are leaving them on the table.”

“Paternity leave is an uphill battle conceptually, said Scott.  “It’s out there but there is still a social stigma.  I think it’s going to take a significant amount of time before people’s attitudes catch up with what the law provides.”  “You’re going to see more and more states go in this direction.” “Hillary Clinton has taken a clear direction on paid family leave, and if she gets in she will push for federally mandated leave that will be similar to what we see in some of the states,” Scott concluded.
