Glambosky, Honig and Bholan Victorious

Erez Glambosky, Jeremy Honig and Michelle Bholan successfully defeated a motion by plaintiff, a former employee of our client, seeking to re-argue the court’s dismissal of her complaint in which she alleged that she had been unlawfully terminated.

In denying Plaintiff’s motion, the Court adhered to its prior determination to dismiss the complaint, noting that the issues raised in the action were the same as the issues raised in a prior action and, thus, barred by the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel.
