Don’t Go It Alone: Insurance For Intellectual Property Claims

Michael Cannata and Frank Misiti will be participating in the upcoming Nassau County Bar Association CLE program entitled, “Don’t Go It Alone: Insurance For Intellectual Property Claims.” The program will be held at the Nassau County Bar Association on July 18, from 5:30-6:30 PM and is accredited for one CLE credit in professional practice or skills.

This program will focus on the types of insurance coverage that may be available to defend or indemnify intellectual property claims. Specifically, the panelists will address what types of claims are covered under commercial general liability policies, as well as a detailed discussion concerning specialty insurance that is available for intellectual property claims.

Frank Misiti will be joined on the panel by two IP Insurance practitioners from IPISC Patent Insurance, CEO Robert Fletcher and Matthew Werner. Michael Cannata will moderate the program.
