DiGennaro Appointed to NYCBA Committee

Janice J. DiGennaro has been appointed a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Professional Ethics which is dedicated to helping New York lawyers understand and comply with their ethical obligations. The Committee runs a hot-line wherein questions are answered for lawyers admitted in New York about their own prospective conduct under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct. The Committee also issues formal and informal advisory opinions which provide New York lawyers with general guidance concerning their obligations under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.
