The Corporate Group Closes on Sale of Company
March 31, 2017 |On March 31, Accessory Technologies Corporation (ATC), a company specializing in the repair of pneumatic valves, electro-mechanical actuators and electrical components, closed on its sale to Wencor Group, a solutions provider to the aerospace industry. Thomas Schulz, Walter Gumersell, Kate Heptig and Jenny Shin represented ATC.
