Justin Calabrese and Priscilla Kam successfully defended an insurer at an examination under oath of a representative of a durable medical equipment company who was suspected of engaging in collusive (and unlawful) arrangements with various physicians and chiropractors in New York City.  As a result, the durable medical equipment company agreed to release the insurer of any obligation to pay or litigate more than $1.2 million in no-fault claims that were submitted to insurer for reimbursement.
