From Aug. 8-10, attorneys Brian Bank, an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals Practice Group, and Jacqueline Bushwack, an associate in the firm’s Health Services, Litigation & Appeals and Product Liability & Toxic Tort practice groups, attended the ABA’s annual meeting in San Francisco, California, where they each served as a New York delegate to the ABA Young Lawyers Division’s Assembly. As delegates, they heard debate and voted on five resolutions relating to various issues faced by attorneys during their early years of practice. While attending the conference, both participated in committee meetings and networking events applicable to their respective areas of practice.

Mr. Bank is a member of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s Business Litigation Committee and Employment Law and Litigation Committee.

Ms. Bushwack is a member of the ABA’s Jury Commission Project and the Section of Litigation’s Women’s Advocate Committee.
