Alan Eagle, a partner in the Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group, will be a speaker at a New York State Bar Association CLE conference entitled, “Insurance Coverage 2011 – What Every Practitioner Needs to Know.”  Mr. Eagle will co-present “Update on Policy Defenses Pertinent to Property Damage, Construction Litigation and Homeowners Insurance.”
