Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Dennis J. Wiley has joined the Firm in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group. “My partners and I are delighted to welcome Dennis to Rivkin Radler,” said Evan Krinick.

Dennis, of Syosset, focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, and Surrogate’s Court litigation.

His representative experience includes, among other things, formulating comprehensive estate plans and drafting estate planning documents, such as Wills, trusts and customized beneficiary designation forms, to effectuate those plans, and assisting individual and corporate fiduciaries with all aspects of estate and trust administration, including the commencement of probate and administration proceedings, post-mortem tax planning, preparation of estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns, and fiduciary accountings.   He is often called upon to provide advice with respect to the planning and eventual administration of New York property owned by non-residents.  Dennis also engages in all aspects of Surrogate’s Court litigation, with a particular emphasis upon complex contested accounting proceedings, enforcing claims against fiduciary bonds, and Will contests.

Before joining Rivkin Radler, Dennis was an Associate at a boutique law firm in Nassau County that focused solely on trusts and estates matters.

Dennis earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School.
