Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Associate Reema Sultan

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Reema Sultan, who joined the firm in September 2014, has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Reema Sultan, of Elmont, is a member of the Firm’s Health Services Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on corporate and compliance matters for the healthcare industry. Reema represents clients with general business transactions, regulatory compliance issues, and corporate matters while addressing federal and state anti-kickback statutes, self-referral statutes, and privacy rules.

Reema is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a degree in health sciences and public health.  While attending Hofstra University School of Law, Reema was selected as the Health Law and Policy Fellow for the Class of 2014 and has earned a certificate in health law.  She has been selected for the American Health Lawyers Association’s Leadership Development Program and also currently serves as a Social Media Coordinator for the AHLA’s Business Law and Governance Group.  Reema is on the Board of Hearts in the Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to charitable endeavors in the local area.
