Merkrebs wins defendant’s verdict
September 23, 2014 |Howard Merkrebs took a defendant’s verdict in Bronx County on behalf of State Farm insureds in Muniz v. Aponte. Plaintiff claimed that a rear-end collision caused herniated spinal discs and nerve damage and sought an award of $1 Million in damages.
