DeHaven obtains dismissal
September 19, 2014 |George DeHaven obtained a dismissal in favor of client, Carlisle Roofing, following a jury trial in Suffolk County in a “slip and fall” case involving a local movie theatre. The suit claimed negligence in connection with certain roof repairs that led to a leak during a rainstorm and a wet floor over which the plaintiff claimed to have fallen.
