Scott L. Feuer Joins Firm

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Scott L. Feuer has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group.

“We are excited to have Scott on board.  He adds to the stature of our firm and our goal to ever strive for excellence in the representation of our clients’ interests,” said Evan Krinick.

Scott L. Feuer, of E. Northport, has counseled investors, developers, businesses, joint venturers, individuals and institutional and private lenders, for more than 20 years, in the negotiation of various types of real estate transactions. Scott has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial and multi-family residential properties, leasing of retail, office and industrial space on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and conventional and construction financing. In addition, he provides real estate expertise in corporate sales and acquisitions.    

Scott is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A. with honors), and Brooklyn Law School (J.D.) where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing, and a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.  He has received an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale- Hubbell®, its highest rating for ethical standards and legal ability.  

Scott has served as a volunteer with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, a national organization dedicated to granting wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions.  He has also served on fundraising event committees for the Community Development Corporation of Long Island, a not-for-profit organization which provides financial assistance and services to Long Island families and small businesses.
