Michael Sirignano presents at the 22nd Annual Anti-Fraud Insurance Conference
October 16, 2012 | |Michael Sirignano, a partner in the firm’s Litigation & Appeals and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Groups, presented at the 22nd Annual Anti-Fraud Insurance Conference. Mr. Sirignano’s presentation was entitled, “Pain Management Fraud: A Growing Pain for PIP Insurers.”
This presentation provided an overview of many different pain management procedures and the latest trends and scams. It also covered strategies for identifying, investigating, and resisting fraudulent pain management claims so that companies can proactively address and resist this type of insurance fraud.
