The firm’s Complex Torts & Product Liability Practice Group represents manufacturers and suppliers of a full range of consumer products, including household appliances, home and garden equipment, consumer electronics, home improvement products, recreational products and camping equipment, health and beauty merchandise, and common power tools. Our clients range in size from large, multinational corporations to smaller, regional, and local manufacturers and distributors.

Beyond simply defending a lawsuit, our team facilitates pre-litigation product and loss causation analysis and, where needed, early expert evaluation, to develop a sound defense theory or resolution strategy before litigation. We help our clients gain insight from the claim experience, discussing matters such as document retention policies, electronic discovery and intra-company communications that could impact potential future litigation.
