Viktoriya Kruglyak is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on litigating first-party and third-party insurance cases. Viktoriya represents insurers in intricate coverage issues emerging out of homeowner and commercial insurance policies.
In addition, Viktoriya has experience representing individuals and large companies in employment-based and family-based immigration matters. She currently advises clients on employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories.
During law school, Viktoriya served as managing editor of the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law. As a senior staff member of St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society, Viktoriya competed at and coached various moot court competitions. In addition, Viktoriya won 1st place at the Michael Greenberg Student Writing Competition and received the St. John’s Pro Bono Service Award at graduation.
Viktoriya has been appointed to serve as the Vice-Chair for the Property Insurance Law General Committee for the 2017-18 year.
The Insurance Coverage Practice Group since 2016 has been included in the Chambers USA directory in the Insurance: Dispute Resolution: Insurer category. In addition, the group is included in the 2016 Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys.
Viktoriya is fluent in Russian and enjoys ballroom dancing and Zumba.
