As an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Banking and Corporate Practice Groups, Sarah Hirschfeld focuses on general commercial and corporate matters, as well as financing transactions.

Sarah has spent her career in private practice, representing domestic and foreign corporate clients and lending institutions, and business owners across many industries. Sarah has had extensive experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance and corporate finance transactions, debt restructuring, corporate governance matters and employment issues.

Sarah regularly assists her clients with complex corporate transactions and entering into and amending corporate and commercial contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements, subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, participation agreements, guarantees, assignments and employment agreements.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Sarah practiced corporate law in Manhattan. She was also an adjunct professor at Kingsborough Community College, where she taught Business Law.
