Priscilla D. Kam

Associate

Priscilla Kam is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on complex insurance fraud litigation in both federal and state court, and assists insurers in prosecuting civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Priscilla has also successfully defended insurance carriers in litigation and arbitrations involving medical necessity, fee schedule, and complex insurance fraud schemes including fraudulent claims by medical providers.

Priscilla is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Next Generation Advisory Council, and is active with the Huntington Chamber of Commerce.  She also serves as an associate mentor, is active with the Rivkin Radler Women’s Initiative and is a member of the Firm’s 2017 Leadership Initiative Committee.

Priscilla has been published in the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal and was named a New York Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2017.  She is also appointed as the Vice Chair of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Committee of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division for the 2017 – 2018 term.

In her spare time, Priscilla enjoys traveling and reading.
