Edward C. Denby

Edward C. Denby is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Edward served as an associate attorney for a Manhattan based insurance company where he handled numerous arbitration hearings, examinations under oath, and trials. Edward also gained experience defending his client in uninsured motorist hearings and appearing on bodily injury suits.

Edward graduated from Widener University School of Law- Harrisburg Campus, where he served as a staff member of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, & Race.  Edward also served on the Trial Advocacy Honor Society’s Executive Board, as the Colloquium Curriculum Coordinator. In this position he was responsible for assisting with designing and implementing the trial advocacy course curriculum, which was utilized for training student members for trial competitions. Edward graduated cum laude in 2012.

Edward enjoys sports and traveling in his free time.
