Claudia Honan (Hinrichsen) represents healthcare providers and related entities– including urgent care businesses, large multi-specialty medical practice, private equity companies, and clinically integrated networks – in connection with all health law-business related matters, corporate governance, managed care, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, transactional arrangements, HIPAA issues, and patient-related legal issues.

Claudia devotes a considerable portion of her practice to representing clients in all aspects of managed care, including network formation, compliance, and corporate governance; negotiation and dispute resolution with respect to managed care contract issues; payor audits; and pursuing managed care companies for underpayments owed to healthcare providers.

Claudia has contributed to many publications on health law topics ranging from HIPAA and corporate compliance to healthcare fraud and abuse.

Claudia has been named to Best Lawyers in America® for Health Care Law from 2015 to 2024.
