Christina has wide experience litigating in both federal and state courts. Currently, she handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation in courts around the country, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida. In particular, Christina litigates complex civil lawsuits involving various claims, including under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, fraud, unjust enrichment, and other state law claims.

Before joining Rivkin Radler, Christina served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division, Christina prosecuted and investigated a wide array of felony cases, including attempted murder, kidnapping, burglary, gun possession, robbery, and theft-related offenses. Christina developed strong litigation skills and gained invaluable courtroom experience serving as lead counsel in numerous felony jury trials.

Currently, Christina is a member of The Caumsett Foundation’s Board of Directors, whose mission is to support and enhance Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve. She also regularly contributes to a local community publication called Stroll.

During law school, Christina was a Senior Staff Member of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and the New York International Law Review and competed in several mock trial competitions around the country. She has also taught trial advocacy techniques to law students at St. John’s University School of Law and prepared them to compete in regional and national mock trial competitions.

Christina was named a 2020 to 2023 New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star. The Risings Stars list is comprised of the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40. Christina has been recognized in Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America® for 2023 and 2024. Ones to Watch is a recognition given to attorneys who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice.
