Anthony J. DiChiara is an associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group and focuses on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud issues.

Before joining Rivkin Radler, Anthony worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Patrick J. Arre of the Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey.  There, Anthony set briefing schedules and hearing dates; analyzed criminal motions and petitions for post-conviction relief; and drafted opinions and orders for judicial review.

Anthony graduated from Touro Law in May 2016, where he served as a Research Editor on the Touro Law Review.  In addition, Anthony was awarded a David Berg Public Interest Fellowship in Disaster Relief Law and assisted Hurricane Sandy victims by reviewing insurance claims and assessing contractor surveys to identify payment discrepancies and fraud.
