Amanda S. ReynoldsAssociate
As a member of the General Liability and Complex Torts & Product Liability Practice Groups, Amanda defends clients including government contractors, municipalities, landlords, tenants, property managers and construction contractors. Her practice focuses on premises liability, construction accidents/labor law, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and subrogation.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Amanda was associated with civil litigation firms in New York where she successfully defended insureds from matter intake through resolution. As an associate, Amanda procured various dismissals on behalf of clients via dispositive motion practice and nuanced discovery issues.
New York Super Lawyers named Amanda a Rising Star in the Metropolitan New York area from 2015-2017. She is OSHA-10 certified.
While a law student at St. John’s, Amanda served as a contributor to the New York International Law Review, and served in the St. John’s Prosecution Clinic within the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. She actively participated in the St. John’s Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, leading her team to the Regional Finals in the Labor and Employment Law (LEL) Competition before Second Circuit Justice Denny Chin and later served the program as a trial advocacy coach.
While attending the University of Notre Dame, Amanda was a member of the Notre Dame Club of New York and the Notre Dame Women’s Connect of New York City.
