Jeremy B. Honig concentrates his practice in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate, construction, and complex landlord-tenant litigation.

A Partner in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation, Construction and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Groups, Jeremy has successfully tried many cases in the Supreme Court and Civil Court on behalf of major commercial and residential real estate corporations, developers, asset and portfolio managers, landlords, tenants, management companies, contractors and subcontractors in varied complex commercial litigation matters including breach of contract disputes, construction disputes, real estate disputes and complex landlord-tenant matters. Jeremy has also successfully argued numerous appeals at the Appellate Division of the State of New York.

Jeremy also has significant experience in negotiating and preparing agreements on behalf of developers and neighboring property owners in connection with development projects throughout New York City. Jeremy was named to the New York Real Estate Journal’s Ones to Watch.

Jeremy is a former member and President of the Binghamton Crosbys, an internationally acclaimed and award-winning collegiate acapella group.  Jeremy has been honored to sing the National Anthem at a New York Mets game and at the Long Island Marathon.
