Regina E. Faul
Partner
Regina E. Faul is a Partner in Rivkin Radler's Employment & Labor Practice Group. She has distinguished herself for over 20 years in the practice of labor and employment law on behalf of management and construction law. Ms. Faul represents management in all aspects of employee relations, including day to day employment advice, workplace discrimination charges, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, union organizing campaigns and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) unfair labor practice and representation proceedings.
Ms. Faul has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state agencies and in private arbitrations regarding wrongful discharge, prevailing wage, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and wage and hour matters. In addition, she counsels companies concerning personnel issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, substance abuse and compliance with state and federal employment laws. She reviews and drafts collective bargaining agreements, contracts, employment agreements, handbooks, rules and regulations, policies and procedures, agreements, stipulations and other forms for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and ERISA compliance. Ms. Faul is OSHA certified (30 hour course).
She co-authored an article entitled, "Understanding Project Labor Agreements," Subcontractors Trade Association STA Subcontractors News, October 2009.
